Early Monday morning, 30-year-old Glee star Cory Monteith checked himself into rehab for substance abuse. His rep told People Magazine, “[Monteith] has voluntarily admitted himself into a treatment facility for substance addiction.
He graciously asks for your respect and privacy as he takes the necessary steps towards recovery.”
Chris Brown accepted an interview with Matt Lauer on the Today Show Monday and discussed his abuse of Rihanna back in 2009. He admitted to going to 52 weeks of domestic abuse counseling to own up to the incident and finally learned that beating women is “absolutely wrong.”
Brown opened up about the incident for the first time after throwing a chair through a window in his Good Morning America dressing room in March of last year.
Lindsay Lohan stated during her most recent plea negotiations that she would agree to lockdown rehab (that doesn’t really exist) only if she could continue taking Adderall.
Sources for TMZ say that Lindsay has taken Adderall to treat attention deficit/hyperactivity disorder and misused for various purposes daily for years.
Lohan was apparently very adamant that without this deal she would take her chances at trial. Lindsay was able to find a doctor to prescribe her Adderall when she was in jail in 2011 even though her ADHD diagnosis was severely questionable.
People close to Lindsay blame the drug for encouraging her downward spiral over the last five years.
