About Us
The Oracle is Tennessee Tech University’s student-run newspaper.
The Oracle began its publication in 1924 when it replaced Dixie College’s prior publication, The Tech Dynamo.
The newspaper publishes nine times a semester and is distributed on Fridays.
The Oracle’s primary distribution bins are located on the basement floor of the Roaden University Center by Starbucks and Swoops Food Court.
The Oracle Web site launched February 2009. The revised version launched June 2011.
